

In his role as President of Rabroker Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing, Ronnie Kroll leads one of Central Texas’ foremost commercial and residential HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) companies. Founded in 1978, Rabroker serves Texans through its two locations: its headquarters in Temple, TX, and its office in Waco, TX. Led by Ronnie Kroll, the Rabroker team of factory-trained technicians has expertise with the full range of air conditioning systems and expertise with jobs ranging from a single-family home’s air-conditioning unit to huge HVAC systems for major institutional buildings across Central Texas.
In order to provide his customers with state-of-the-art technology, Ronnie Kroll has also been an active member of numerous professional organizations, including ACCA, HOTBA, PHCC, and the Associated General Contractors of America Central Texas Chapter, which he serves as the Advisory Board Chair. In addition, he has been an active part of community efforts to provide educational opportunities to central Texas residents and future Rabroker employees, including serving as a founding member of the Greater Waco Advanced Manufacturing Academy (GWAMA) and the Connally ISD Education Foundation.
